• Ensure all waste is placed in a 30-yard dumpster for proper disposal.
• Restore the property to a clean, hazard-free state, leaving no visible debris.

• Remove any remaining furniture, trash, or unwanted materials from the interior of the home.
• Place all discarded items into the dumpster for proper disposal.
• Light sweeping after debris removal to leave the space clear (no deep cleaning included).
• Document the cleanout process with before, during, and after photos for client review.

• Start Date: ASAP

• Deposit: 25% of the total cost, due before work begins.
• Final Payment: Due upon completion, pending final client approval.
• Payment Methods Accepted: Check, Bank Transfer, etc.

• Complete all work in a professional and workmanlike manner.
• Ensure compliance with all local codes, laws, and environmental disposal regulations.
• Provide proof of liability insurance and workers’ compensation before starting work.
• Maintain regular communication with the client on project status.
• Correct any defects or issues within 7 days at no extra cost.
• $50 per day deduction if the project extends beyond the agreed timeline without valid cause.

• Provide access to the property for scheduled work.
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if required.
• Review and approve completed work in a timely manner.

• Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.
• The contractor assumes ownership of all waste removed and is responsible for proper disposal.
• Upon final payment, the contractor will provide a lien waiver to confirm no outstanding claims.
